Lamb Shank Sauce Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lb lamb shank
- 2 cup eggplant
- 3 cups zucchini squash
- 3 cans tomato puree
- 1 garlic clove
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Instructions:
1. In a frying pan, add in the lamb shanks and brown them then season them with some salt and pepper.
2. Add in the tomato puree and let it cook for another 45 minutes.
3. After that, add in the zucchini squash and eggplant and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
4. Best served over spaghetti.
