Simple Lamb Shank Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 lamb shanks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup tomato catsup
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash kitchen bouquet
- dash celery salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, add in the water, catsup, garlic, salt and pepper. Combine and mix well. Add in the lamb shanks.
2. Cook on top of stove until the tender then strain the gravy and thicken it with mixture of flour, soy sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar, celery salt nad kitchen bouquet.
3. Pour over the lamb meat and put under teh broiler and continue turning until brown.
